The ASICS GEL TRAIL-LAHAR 5 Women's Waterproof Trail Running Shoes, Autumn/Winter 2013 range, feature a redesigned outsole, with deeper recessed lugs for optimal forward traction and greater grip. The upper now also features Hot Melt Overlays, replacing previous synthetic overlays, worked into the eyelets for an enhanced fit and upper support, with lower weight. Other features include a trusstic system, a plastic bridge under the shoe which gives the shoe improved strength and stability without reducing mobility. The GORE-TEX upper also ensures that the elements stay firmly out, whilst still retaining key breathability.
